Privacy policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Integrable collects through useintegrable.com and its waitlist, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Integrable is an early-stage venture based in the United Kingdom, run by its founder, Daria Sanina. It operates the website useintegrable.com (the “Site”) and the waitlist on it. Integrable is not yet incorporated as a company. Until it is, Daria Sanina is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, and “Integrable”, “we” and “us” mean Daria Sanina. You can exercise any of your rights, and contact us about anything in this policy, at enquiries@integrable.tech.
When Integrable is incorporated, the company will take over as controller of the data described here, for the same purposes. We will update this policy to name it and email the people on the waitlist.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data in two ways.
When you join the waitlist. You give us your name and your email address, and we record the date and time you joined. Nothing is sent to us until you tick the box to agree to this policy and the terms of use and press Join.
When you visit the Site. Like any website, the Site is served from servers that see your IP address, the page you requested, and the type of browser and device you use. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records these in its hosting logs (see section 4).
The Site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from third parties. We do not collect any other personal data through it.
3. How we use your data, and our legal basis
We use your waitlist details to:
- contact you by email about Integrable, including what we are building and when it becomes available;
- understand how many people are interested in what we are building.
Our legal basis for this is your consent (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)), which you give when you tick the box and press Join. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7). Withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
We use the technical data from visits to deliver the Site and keep it secure. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with the service providers that process it on our behalf and on our instructions:
- Supabase, Inc. hosts the database that holds the waitlist. The database is in Supabase’s London (United Kingdom) region. See Supabase’s privacy policy.
- Vercel, Inc. hosts the Site and keeps the hosting logs described in section 2. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) sends our emails to the people on the waitlist, starting with a welcome email when you join, and receives your name and email address to do so. See Resend’s privacy policy.
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts our mailboxes. A copy of each email we send you is kept there, and so is anything you send us, such as a reply or a request to leave the list. See Google Cloud’s privacy notice.
We do not share your data with anyone else for their own purposes. We may disclose it where the law requires us to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. International transfers
Your waitlist details are stored in the United Kingdom. Resend is a United States company and processes your name and email address there to send our emails. Vercel is a United States company and may process the technical data from visits outside the United Kingdom. Google may process our mail, including the copies of the emails we send you, outside the United Kingdom. These transfers are covered by the safeguards in each provider’s data processing agreement, including the standard contractual clauses approved for such transfers.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your waitlist details until the earliest of: you withdrawing your consent or asking to be removed; the list having served its purpose after we have launched; or two years from the date you joined. We then delete them, and the copies of the emails we have sent you with them. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention policy.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict, or object to, our processing of it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@integrable.tech. We will respond within one month. To leave the waitlist, you can also reply to any email we send you.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or, if you are in the European Union, to your national data protection authority.
8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. The waitlist database is protected by access controls: the Site itself can only add entries to it, and cannot read, change or delete them. The list is read only by Integrable’s founder, through an authenticated account.
9. Children
The Site and the waitlist are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change materially affects how we use the data of people on the waitlist, we will email them about it.
11. Contact
Integrable (Daria Sanina), United Kingdom. Email enquiries@integrable.tech. We do not yet have a business postal address. If you need one, for example to serve a formal notice, ask us by email and we will give you an address for correspondence.
