1. About these terms

These terms are between you and Integrable (“Integrable”, “we”, “us”), the operator of useintegrable.com (the “Site”). Integrable is an early-stage venture based in the United Kingdom, run by its founder, Daria Sanina, and is not yet incorporated as a company. Until it is, “Integrable”, “we” and “us” mean Daria Sanina. When Integrable is incorporated, the company will take over the Site and these terms, and we will update this page.

By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site

The Site provides information about Integrable and what we are building. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.

3. The waitlist

You may join the waitlist by giving your name and email address and agreeing to these terms and our privacy policy. In doing so, you confirm that the details are your own and accurate, and that you are at least 16 years old.

Joining is free. It does not create an order, a reservation, a place in a queue, or any other obligation on us: we do not promise to build, release or offer you anything, or to contact you by any date. We may close the list, remove entries or change what we are building at any time. You may leave the list at any time, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or burdens it unreasonably. In particular, you must not submit entries to the waitlist by automated means, give details that are not your own, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

5. Intellectual property

The Integrable name and logo, and the text, images and code on the Site, belong to us or our licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or use the logo or the content for any other purpose without our written permission.

6. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the Site. It forms part of these terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. While we try to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranty that it is complete, up to date, error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud; and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the time they are posted on the Site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of, and bring proceedings in, the country where you live.
